Does anyone have a preference on the date for our annual spring cleaning garage sale?
Last years spring cleaning garage sale was a great success with only a one weeks notice, 13 garages were opened. We managed to get a lost dog home, and neighbors got to meet each other.
Two places sold at auction the past month in Casa De Laguna. Both were the three bedroom models. Another three bedroom just closed escrow at $352,500. These prices are up from a bank owned three bedroom that closed at $279,000 in March of 2009.
Does this mean that prices are on the way back up? Well as for our little select community here in Casa De LAguna that may well be. There is only one home currently on the market here right now. The only place on the market is at 22872 Caminito Plumas, Laguna Hills 92653.
We are holding a Casa De Laguna community garage sale on Saturday, April 4th 2009 from 8am till 12pm. All are welcome to participate. Just show up and do your thing! We will advertize it in the ‘Penny Saver’.
